Thomas A. Pezzetti, Jr. practices in the areas of business, banking, and real estate law. Mr. Pezzetti received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan (BBA) and his graduate degree from Michigan State University (MBA). Mr. Pezzetti earned his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and Order of the Coif.

Mr. Pezzetti assists clients on a variety of matters including complex business and real estate transactions. He counsels companies in a wide range of business planning, operational and contractual matters, including sales and acquisitions. His practice focuses on corporate transactional matters and client counseling, with a particular emphasis on the representation of local and regional companies. He has experience with acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising, commercial contracts, and other business operation and planning concerns. Mr. Pezzetti has extensive experience representing public and private companies and their owners, directors, and officers on a range of day-to-day issues. He also serves in a “general counsel” capacity for several local and regional businesses.
