David A. Cvengros joined the Firm in 2021 after 20 plus years as a partner in a boutique litigation firm in Northern Michigan.

Mr. Cvengros helps clients solve their most complex and challenging legal problems. In addition to serving as corporate counsel for businesses all over Northern Michigan, his primary practice focuses on Trademark and Copyright law, intellectual property disputes, probate and estate administration, trust litigation, criminal law, family law and complex commercial litigation. He also has extensive experience in personal injury and automobile negligence matters that have resulted in large recoveries for clients. His experience reflects the diverse nature of practicing law in Northern Michigan since 1994.

David was born in Escanaba, Michigan and has been a lifelong resident of Northern Michigan.

He is a graduate of Michigan State University and The Thomas M. Cooley Law School and is licensed to practice in all Michigan Courts including the Western and Eastern District Federal Courts.
