Caroline N. Gersch received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School. Ms. Gersch also holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.

Ms. Gersch focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate litigation, trust administration, guardianships, conservatorships, adoption, family law, real estate transactions, zoning matters, commercial litigation, social security disability and driver’s license restoration.

Ms. Gersch holds a Certificate of Completion in the areas of probate and estate planning issued by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan.

Ms. Gersch previously served as Chairperson of the Free Legal Aid Clinic, Inc. in Detroit. Presently, Ms. Gersch serves on the Traverse Area District Library Board of Trustees, Traverse City Board of Zoning Appeals, Pathfinder School Board of Trustees, and the Traverse Area Women Lawyers Association.

When Ms. Gersch is not at the office or volunteering in the community, she enjoys spending time with her family, bicycling, skiing/snowboarding, rock hunting and learning new hands-on skills such as woodworking.
